Common questions

The camera shows a black screen or asks me to open Settings.

Camera access is off for wardr. Open iOS Settings → wardr → Camera and switch it on. You can also add a garment from your photo library on the same screen.

wardr picked the wrong type or colour.

Tap the row on the confirmation screen to change it. If the outline missed part of the garment, tap Adjust mask and brush it in. Even light and a plain background help the most.

I don't get wash reminders.

Switch on Settings → Wear and wash → Wash reminders, and allow notifications for wardr in iOS Settings. wardr sends at most one note, at 9:00 the morning after a piece is due a wash.

How do I move my wardrobe to a new iPhone?

wardr keeps everything on your iPhone, so it moves with an iPhone backup or a device-to-device transfer. Settings → Data → Export the wardrobe also saves a CSV copy of your garments.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Data → Delete everything, or delete the app. See the privacy policy.
